Price Details:
All art prices include free shipping and handling, and finished product(s) as shown, which are created from high-resolution digital artwork.
The prices encompass art in these final forms: (a) wrapped canvas with floating frames; (b) framed prints; (c) acrylic pieces; and (d) metal pieces.
The pieces about women also include each individual woman’s short story. It will be mailed to you separately.
Taxes are paid upon placing an order. They are based on tax rates from the state associated with the address you submit.
We do not regularly ship outside of the USA but you can contact us to see if we can accommodate a transaction like this.
Production and Financial Details:
Art by DZM pieces are created by me on my iPhone because I find I have better control over the design. As any person who buys art knows, creating art is an exacting, but also subjective, process. Varying artistic elements, and features chosen by artists, are the fluid factors that make art resonate, distinctive and collectible.
After exploring what best showcases and complements the art, as well as provides for the best in digital reproduction, we have presented each piece in a specific product way — meaning we have chosen the size, the color of the framing, if applicable, and the medium for each finished product. The reason we did this is to ensure good quality resolution, which affects digital reproduction.
A few of DZM’s pieces are photographs and not handdrawn and the same philosophies apply to these pieces.
Art by DZM is the intellectual property of Debra Zimmerman Murphey. It is protected by copyright. Debra personally produces all of the individual art pieces which are drawn by hand and created on a digital platform.
We have selected a third-party vendor, Canvas On Demand, to produce the final pieces. The art pieces on the website are displayed in mock-up rooms to represent what they look like hung on a wall.
The vendor has been selected by Art by DZM because of its quality reviews, good reproduction, and its stellar reputation. Its guarantees allow us to make you guarantees.
Financial interactions and transactions are managed by WooCommerce, which is an extension of the WordPress brand. This website is powered by WordPress.
Description of framed prints:
The art is printed in full spectrum archival ink on premium matte paper.
The frame is 1” wide and keeps a low profile on the wall with a 0.75” depth.
There is a built-in sawtooth hanger for easy installation. Prints are finished with an acrylic face, providing a professional, scratch-resistant finish.

Description of canvas prints with floating frame:
Art is custom printed on artist grade canvas with fade-resistant, UV protectant, archival inks for long-lasting color.
The custom print is then assembled into a warp-resistant, 1.25” inch thick gallery-wrap, and finished with the floating frame.
The print comes with sawtooth hangers installed for easy hanging. The back of the floating frame is sealed with a hard cover to keep dust from gathering inside the frame.

Description of acrylic prints:
An acrylic print is created with archival inks on paper, which is face-mounted to a clear sheet of UV-resistant acrylic. Each custom acrylic print is shatter-proof, durable, and easy to clean.
These pieces feature a preinstalled mount that floats the artwork .75″ off the wall allowing them to sit flush with any standard print.

Description of metal prints:
Each metal print is created on high-gloss aluminum that features rounded edges for safety.
Every custom metal print comes ready to hang. Smaller metal prints come with a wooden block hanger, while larger sizes come with a French cleat backer hanger.

Return Policy:
These terms are applicable to orders shipped within the United States. If you are interested in a piece and live abroad or in Canada, please contact me directly.
Art by DZM wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a piece that is damaged, not what you ordered, or does not meet the product description or quality expected, please let us know immediately.
Art by DZM will replace or exchange the item, free of charge, within 30 days and guide you on any returns if required by the production vendor. Please send an email to artbydzm@gmail.com explaining what the concern is and also include:
— Your order numbers.
— A photo that shows us what your issue is.
— A description of the product.
This helps us understand if there are logistical problems in processing orders and helps us meet quality standards.
Our policies generally prevent the return of products and support ease of work with vendors so we can get you the replacement or exchange required.
But please do not discard your item(s) until we have confirmed your return or exchange is complete.
Refunds for any reason other than our error will be at the cost of your original shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges will be credited back to you in the form of a Voucher email that you will be able to use immediately for a replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the total value of the Voucher.
